If you promote multiple events in a year, the Subscription Service is the best value for collecting online registrations using PayPal or Offline payment methods. This service enables you to approve registrations on as many events as you like, up to a maximum number of online registrations per event. You decide up front the maximum number of online registrations that you are likely collect where the payment method is done offline or through PayPal.
For example, if you promote four events where each event fetches fewer than 100 registrations using PayPal or Offline payment methods, then you would purchase an annual subscription for 100 registrations to save half the cost of using the Pay-As-You-Go service for each event.View Subscription vs Credit Card Service
How does the Annual Subscription work with the Credit Card Service?
The Annual Subscription and the Credit Card Service are two different ways for you to pay for registration approvals. You can use both to maximize the flexibility in the registrant’s payment method.
The annual subscription pays for the approval of registrations that use the PayPal or Offline payment methods, while the fees for the Credit Card Service covers the automated approval of registrations with online credit card payments.
When you sign up for an annual subscription, you are charged up front a single fee that directly relates to the maximum number of registration approvals per event. When you use the Credit Card Service, you are charged a processing fee per registration or purchase; this fee is variable depending a rate that you agree to.
Online registrations that use the Credit Card Service are not counted towards the maximum number of online registrations covered by the Subscription Service. This means that you are allowed an unlimited number of online registrations using the Credit Card Service, regardless of your subscription status.
